Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All delivery times are estimates based on real order data and are for reference only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once processed, your order will be shipped immediately.

Shipping Details

• Orders may experience slight delays during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to external logistics factors.

• Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as courier services may operate on limited schedules.

• Incorrect shipping details or customs clearance issues may cause delays in delivery.

• We currently do not support APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes for certain shipping methods.

• If a package is refused and returned to us, we will issue a 50% refund after receiving the item.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the system.
Please note that shipping estimates remain valid even if tracking updates are delayed.

Taxes & Duties

Customers in the United States typically do not need to pay additional import taxes or duties.
For international orders, customs fees or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
